Rotation

rotate adds rotate left and right buttons for images. It is off by default.

• Each press turns the image 90 degrees. Turns add up, so four presses bring it back the long way round with one smooth animation.
• A sideways image is fitted again so it still fits the stage.
• Zoom, pinch and pan keep working on a rotated image.
• Rotation resets on slide change, when the viewer closes and with the 0 key, which also resets zoom and flip.
• The buttons are named by labels.rotateLeft and labels.rotateRight, and use icons.rotateLeft and icons.rotateRight.
